Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between both parties, namely the client and Techno Joy (the supplier of the artistnet.co.nz website) and must be referred to in case of a dispute between the parties. All services are provided in New Zealand under New Zealand law and you submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

It is important therefore that you read and accept these terms and conditions.

Service provided by Artist Net:

Through our website (artistnet.co.nz) we enable individual artists to be present on the web with a profile page, image galleries for displaying artwork, optional exhibition pages and a contact page. The artist is able to upload images, text and individual background borders and colours within the framework of the package.

Terms and Conditions of Artist Net

The client:

1. Guarantees that the content posted on the website is legal and not obscene, unlawful or offensive and that no intellectual property rights or 3^rd party copyrights are infringed upon. Artist Net and Techno Joy assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever regarding the content of the clients website.
2. Will not use the website in a manner that is illegal or harmful to the operations of artistnet.co.nz.
3. Will pay the appropriate charges for this service as detailed on our website by the 20^th of the month following the date of invoice.
4. Will keep the username and password through which access to the website is granted confidential. Artist Net will not be held liable in any way for misuse or damage to the artist website.

Artist Net:

1. Will take every reasonable care to ensure that its service is error free. The client accepts unconditionally that we do not warrant that the website is error free or that use of it will always be uninterrupted. Artist Net or Techno Joy will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client.
2. May terminate the agreement with the client at any time if:
   1. The client fails to make payment as specified on the invoice.
   2. The client is in breach of the terms or spirit of this agreement.
   3. If, in the opinion of the owners of the Artist Net website, the clients use of the website brings the Artist Net or Techno Joy in disrepute.
3. May make updates & improvements to the website software at any time and without notice.
4. May make amendments to these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing these on its website.

Privacy

Artist Net may use any information provided by the client for the following purposes:

• Providing services to its clients.
• Marketing Artist Net's other products and services.
• Promotion of the artist & artist's work on this website.
• Artist Net will not sell or provide your information to a third party.
